Uncomfortably Numb

There is the look in your eyes which makes me feels so good I could never feel love like this before I don’t think that I should But you make me feel that way like a new born in a cradle I know I am not ready for this Still I wait for the first kiss 8-7-95

آس ہے تلا ش ہے  اک ہمسفرکی اک ہم نظر کی جومہکی رتوں میں ساتھ دے  جو طوفاں میں اپنا ہاتھ دے جو ہو سراپا بہار پھوٹتی ہو جس سے خوشبوئے گلزار جسکی پوجا میں کروں دل و جان سے جس سے محبت میں کروں پورے ارمان سے چاہت کی انتہا کردوں میں  گر وہ کہے تو مَر  دوں میں سننے کی جسکی آہٹ میں ترستا ہوں ملنے کی امید بھی رکھتا ہوں گرچہ ابھی وہ صرف اک خیال ہے آس ہے تلاش ہے

اک اک پل کٹتا ہے انتظار میں  سکوں ڈھونڈتا پھرتا ہوں اس دیار میں  بس تھوڑا سایہ ہی تو چاہا تھا پر وقت کی آندھی نے خواہش کے بادل اڑا ڈالے  اور میں ایک بارپھر سایہ تلاش کرنے لگا مجھے رہائی نہ مل سکی  وہ تنہائی نہ مٹ سکی سایہ نہ مل سکا سکوں نہ مل سکا
